Job Requirements
- Many years of experience developing complex software systems and in technical leadership roles, e.g., as Tech Lead, Senior Engineer or Staff Engineer
- A strong sense for architecture, system design and sustainable technical decisions in mature system landscapes
- Experience coordinating with Product and stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical tasks, taking responsibility for the feedback loop of technical decisions.
- Several years of hands-on experience with Java / Spring Boot and ideally also knowledge of TypeScript / Angular
- Confident handling of APIs, integrations, distributed systems and CI/CD for production-near software development
- High standards for code quality, clear technical principles and test coverage
- Good understanding of stability, scalability and maintainability in production — including under growing traffic.
- Enjoyment in empowering your colleagues through guidance, sparring and clear decisions
- Interest in using new technologies pragmatically and integrating AI capabilities meaningfully into the product (e.g., experience with Claude Code, Copilot or similar)
