Schedule: Standard business hours are Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but the incumbent may be expected to adjust the work schedule to meet business needs. A flexible work schedule will be considered at the incumbent's request, subject to supervisory approval. This position is expected to understand and administer the laws applicable to video processing/redactions/withholding and exercise skill in doing so. The position generally assists others in analyzing when video is responsive to an inquiry/issue. Travel Requirements: Some in-state travel may be required for training, testimony, etc.Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Must possess a valid, unrestricted Washington State Driver's License or able to obtain one within 30 days of employment and is required due to potentially testifying and training. - One year experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. - One year experience of working with Public Records Conditions of Employment: - Successful completion of a pre-employment polygraph examination and background investigation. Other: - This position works in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while performing multiple tasks and assisting customers. - This position is required to meet deadlines by prioritizing tasks and ensuring accuracy. Role Description This is a temporary, full-time position with employment expected to last approximately through September 2026. The Training Specialist 3’s primary duties include: - Developing, updating, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining eLearning content for the Agency Learning Management System (LMS). - Uploading and testing of online courses for performance/functionality, and Section 508 ADA compliance. This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in a state where COLSA currently conducts business or is authorized to employ staff.
