Role Description COLSA is seeking a Strategic Cybersecurity Advisor/SME to provide senior level expertise and strategic guidance supporting cybersecurity posture, governance, and risk analysis for advanced technology modernization initiatives. This role works closely with government stakeholders to shape cyber strategy, assess enterprise and system-level risk, and advance resiliency and modernization priorities across complex mission environments. The position is primarily remote and includes CONUS travel to Huntsville, AL and other client locations as required. - Provide an overall cybersecurity posture for each product and an overall system risk. - Coordinate with the proper Security Agencies to ensure cyber threat intelligence is included in risk analysis. - Analyze cyber requirements and provide input and recommendations to support the cyber strategy. - Conduct cyber risk tolerance analysis and ensure standardization across areas. - Ensure cyber resiliency, cyber survivability, and engineering requirements are met IAW the latest guidance and directives. - Provide input on the creation and update for cybersecurity policies, memos, and operating procedures for the maturation of the cyber program. - Recommend resources and processes required to meet cybersecurity goals and objectives. - Provide implementation and monitoring of the cybersecurity strategy, assessments, planning, and execution. - Provide SME guidance concerning all aspects of IT governance and cybersecurity. - Perform capabilities analysis of threat environments to identify gaps, obsolescence, and opportunities for standardization. - Standardize the integration of live data into virtual environments, ensuring consistent multi-domain training realism. - Implement live-capability integration protocols across simulation environments to enhance multi-domain readiness. Content Management Training Specialist

Role Description This is a temporary, full-time position with employment expected to last approximately through September 2026. The Training Specialist 3’s primary duties include: - Developing, updating, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining eLearning content for the Agency Learning Management System (LMS). - Uploading and testing of online courses for performance/functionality, and Section 508 ADA compliance. This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in a state where COLSA currently conducts business or is authorized to employ staff. Responsibilities and Duties: - Use industry standard eLearning authoring tools to support NASA customers in the conversion and upload of existing training courses into new, online courses that meet Section 508 requirements, Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and/or Aviation Industry Computer Based Training Committee (AICC) conformance as well as any new emerging online course protocols. - Develop, update, and otherwise maintain online and LMS Assessments. - Update existing LMS online content. - Provide the upload and activation of successfully tested courses into the Agency LMS. - Provide troubleshooting and repair of converted courses that fail to operate within the LMS environment. - Maintain and update online course libraries, course availability, and provide course support to the customer. - Provide support to troubleshoot, restore or replace LMS courses made inoperable due to system or environment changes. - Support the development and deployment of training courses. - Provide content development level of effort estimates for course creation, updates, and upload and testing. - Maintain course descriptions in the LMS for approved courses. - Administer and maintain online content housed on the Learning Management System. - Provide consulting services to Agency customers regarding eLearning content, requirements, design, reporting, and implementation. The Software Application & Web Developer supports mission-critical systems and enterprise platforms under the NASA Consolidated Applications and Platform Services (NCAPS) contract. This role is responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of secure, scalable software and web-based applications that enable NASA’s mission. The developer collaborates with cross-functional teams in a highly regulated federal environment to deliver high-quality, compliant, and innovative technical solutions aligned with NASA standards and federal requirements. COLSA is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to deliver and sustain capabilities in a fast-paced SAFe Agile development environment, while providing cybersecurity direction and supporting the consolidation of NASA’s enterprise IT systems. This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in a state where COLSA currently conducts business or is authorized to employ staff. - Apply knowledge of concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. - Support enterprise Cybersecurity standards. - Develop and implement Cybersecurity standards and procedures in accordance with government regulations. - Coordinate, develop, and recommend security processes. - Recommend Cybersecurity solutions to support customers’ requirements. - Identify and report security violations. - Recommend and satisfy Cybersecurity requirements based upon the analysis of CSPP, policy, regulatory, and resource demands. - Support customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of processes and policies. - Apply know-how to government and commercial common user systems, as well as to dedicated special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures. - Support design and development of security features for system architecture requirements. - Analyze and make recommendations of security requirements for computer systems which may include mainframes, workstations, and personal computers. - Support design, development, engineering, and implementation of solutions that meet CSPP requirements. - Provide integration and implementation of the computer system security solution. - Analyze general Cybersecurity-related technical problems and provide basic engineering and technical support in solving these problems. - Support vulnerability/risk analyses of computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle. - Perform all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems data assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access, theft, or destruction. - Ensure that all information systems are functional and secure. - Ensure cyber monitoring is performed timely and cyber responses occur within established processes/procedures. - Support efforts for critical processes outside of normal hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays. - Deploy rapid response to quickly resolve cyber events. - Communicate with senior customer stakeholders on reporting metrics (e.g., number of events, average time to respond, affected applications or platforms, etc.). - Prepare and distribute cyber/IA required reporting.
