• Maximize the Legal team's efficiency and effectiveness by implementing technical solutions and processes for the legal team • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of technical solutions • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Legal department • Track key metrics and report on the impact of technology solutions on Legal operations • Collaborate with Director of Legal Operations, finance, accounting and other functions • Track legal spend by function, region and vendor • Coordinate new vendor onboarding and management • Maintain and update shared resources and processes for knowledge management

• You will be the face of the firm for new clients, using legal expertise to build trust and sales instincts to close deals. • Achieve HubSpot CRM proficiency and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to signed engagement letters. • Consistently achieve established monthly conversion and case acceptance targets and contribute to strategic refinement of sales scripts or intake processes.

• Independently provide high-value legal services on complex matters • Clearly articulate complex legal concepts and options to project managers, high-level managers, and the Board of Directors • Ensure that transactions and activities are legally sound and consistent with the organization’s mission, authority, policies, and procedures • Need to travel occasionally and work long or flexible hours as needed

You will work closely with seasoned trial attorneys, contributing meaningfully to case strategy, trial preparation, and courtroom execution. Responsibilities - Drive case strategy alongside senior trial attorneys to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. - Handle hearings, motions, and trial work under the supervision of senior attorneys. - Assist in all phases of trial preparation including depositions, hearings, and witness preparation. - Support senior trial attorneys with case strategy and execution. - Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial testimony, including reviewing case facts, anticipating cross-examination, and conducting mock questioning. - Manage assigned case tasks and deadlines with growing independence. - Travel frequently across California to attend hearings and trials. - Contribute to the team’s trial readiness and litigation success.
