• Administer and develop the Sigma BI platform across the organization • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable dashboard solutions • Plan and prioritize the reporting roadmap in collaboration with the Director of Analytics • Drive internal adoption; communicate platform capabilities, train users, and market BI as a resource • Ensure consistent KPI definitions, data accuracy, and documentation across all reporting • Own and maintain PDF-based lender reports including reconciliation, performance, and compliance call reports • Support the long-term buildout of embedded lender reporting within the Sigma platform • Collaborate with external partners and lenders on reporting requirements and delivery • Lead the migration of existing PowerBI and SSRS reports into Sigma • Prioritize migration backlog in partnership with stakeholders and the analytics team • Maintain documentation of migrated vs. outstanding reporting inventory • Ramp on LendKey’s Taktile decisioning platform through structured knowledge transfer • Progressively own maintenance of existing flows and support new flow development • Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Databricks to support reporting and analysis • Collaborate on ETL improvements and data pipeline reliability

• Analyze data from a variety of sources and conduct methodologically sound analyses to generate meaningful insights • Interpret and present data findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and actionable way • Collaborate with project teams to ensure analytic deliverables meet business and client needs • Partner with analytics and project teams to ensure data governance and data integrity standards are followed • Support the development of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key findings

• Design and lead analytics for quality improvement, research, and care management projects • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses • Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare data interpretation and use • Apply advanced statistical methods and programming solutions • Standardize analytic and reporting processes and documentation • Translate complex data into clear insights for leadership and stakeholders • Mentor and provide guidance to less-experienced analysts • Partner with IT and data governance teams to ensure data integrity and compliance

• Work closely with Finance teams and Everfield’s Business Intelligence team to improve financial reporting and analytics. • Collaborate with data engineers to create sustainable data pipelines. • Turn financial data into actionable insights. • Align with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. • Create feature development and communication plans. • Identify new financial data variables to be captured on a portfolio level. • Perform exploratory data analysis to validate feasibility and propose enhancements. • Design proof-of-concept solutions for user acceptance testing. • Maintain and update Power BI reports and dashboards. • Extract raw financial data from NetSuite and other upstream sources. • Improve data quality and efficiency. • Support portfolio companies with quality assurance of their financial data. • Build data systems and pipelines based on a medallion architecture. • Automate workflows using Python (Pandas, PySpark).
