• Drive the architecture, automation, and reliability of enterprise middleware platforms • Serve as a technical leader responsible for platform strategy, CI/CD standards, and operational excellence • Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise middleware platforms • Lead platform modernization initiatives • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability of middleware environments • Design and govern enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines • Implement pipeline-as-code and reusable deployment frameworks • Lead containerization of middleware-hosted applications • Design deployment patterns for hybrid and multi-cloud environments • Drive root cause analysis and performance optimization initiatives • Partner with Dev, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to streamline release processes • Define middleware and CI/CD standards, governance, and documentation • Mentor engineers and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in middleware/platform engineering
- Deep expertise in at least one enterprise middleware stack (WebLogic/JBoss/WebSphere/etc.)
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Proficiency in scripting/automation (Bash, Python, Groovy, PowerShell)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration
- Experience with artifact repositories (Nexus, Artifactory)
- Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, SSL/TLS, DNS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
