• Prepare and submit applications to national communications regulators, including technical exhibits. • Engage with national, regional, and international regulatory bodies on spectrum and other technical issues. • Support satellite coordination efforts, including spectrum analysis and sharing techniques for MSS networks. • Advocate for optimized satellite and telecom technical regulatory frameworks. • Develop and promote technical rules that support the organization’s business objectives. • Represent the organization in domestic and international regulatory forums and industry events. • Advise internal teams on policy and industry developments affecting technical outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. A graduate degree is a plus.
  • Three to eight years of experience in technology, with a focus on wireless technologies.
  • Demonstrated interest in wireless technology.
  • Knowledge of regional technology and policy issues for wireless and/or satellite companies.
  • Technical expertise in satellite link budgets, mobile device standards, and wireless technologies.
  • Understanding of spectrum and industry practices in wireless or satellite communications.
  • Interest and/or experience working with regulators, policymakers, and government agencies.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and project deliverables.
