• Administer and develop the Sigma BI platform across the organization • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable dashboard solutions • Plan and prioritize the reporting roadmap in collaboration with the Director of Analytics • Drive internal adoption; communicate platform capabilities, train users, and market BI as a resource • Ensure consistent KPI definitions, data accuracy, and documentation across all reporting • Own and maintain PDF-based lender reports including reconciliation, performance, and compliance call reports • Support the long-term buildout of embedded lender reporting within the Sigma platform • Collaborate with external partners and lenders on reporting requirements and delivery • Lead the migration of existing PowerBI and SSRS reports into Sigma • Prioritize migration backlog in partnership with stakeholders and the analytics team • Maintain documentation of migrated vs. outstanding reporting inventory • Ramp on LendKey’s Taktile decisioning platform through structured knowledge transfer • Progressively own maintenance of existing flows and support new flow development • Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Databricks to support reporting and analysis • Collaborate on ETL improvements and data pipeline reliability
• Develop and secure new partnerships with credit unions and banks throughout the Central and Western US region. • Manage the full sales cycle—from territory planning and prospecting through solution presentations, negotiations, and closing. • Build and manage a healthy, active sales pipeline, continually sourcing and engaging new business prospects to exceed sales targets. • Establish credibility and trust by understanding client needs and conveying the value of our full suite of lending solutions, including education and home improvement lending products. • Stay informed about competitive activity and evolving industry trends, providing insights to leadership. • Attend regional banking and credit union association events to drive lead generation and networking. • Deliver effective product demonstrations and presentations tailored to diverse audiences. • Maintain thorough and accurate updates of all sales activity and opportunities within CRM. • Communicate pipeline status, progress, and market trends to management regularly.
• Drive B2B Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth • Develop and execute LendKey's B2B marketing strategy to generate qualified lender pipeline and support revenue growth. • Lead integrated campaigns across digital channels, industry media, webinars, thought leadership, email programs, and co-marketing partnerships. • Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to ensure strong lead quality, pipeline progression, and alignment with growth priorities. • Build a Metrics-Driven Marketing Engine • Establish a performance-focused marketing function grounded in measurable outcomes. • Define and track key funnel metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and deliver executive-level reporting on marketing impact and ROI. • Continuously refine messaging, channels, and investments based on data and testing. • Own Corporate Brand & Market Positioning • Define and elevate LendKey’s brand narrative across the credit union, fintech, and capital markets ecosystem. • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels — including website, conferences, sales materials, press coverage, and digital campaigns — while clearly communicating LendKey’s differentiated network lending model. • Lead PR, Thought Leadership & Industry Presence • Manage corporate PR, media relationships, and executive thought leadership initiatives. • Secure speaking opportunities, oversee industry awards and podcast strategy, and ensure a polished, strategic presence at conferences and events that supports brand visibility and pipeline generation. • Enable Sales & Revenue Teams • Equip Sales and Account Management with compelling lender-focused content including case studies, collateral, and thought leadership. • Maintain strong cross-functional alignment to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue growth. • Lead & Develop the Marketing Team • Lead and develop the marketing team while managing external agency partners as needed. • Establish clear priorities, accountability, and execution standards while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with LendKey’s values.
• Expand LendKey’s market presence and influence across credit union leagues and associations • Serve as LendKey’s internal voice for credit union buyer behavior and market dynamics • Establish LendKey as a visible participant within the credit union movement • Own B2B MQL targets and pipeline generation • Design and execute integrated campaigns across email, webinars, trade media, and events • Lead and develop a high-impact team across demand generation, events, and marketing operations
