• The Account Manager - H-E-B position is responsible for creating and executing H-E-B specific sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets. • Success in this role looks like strong organizational skills and excellent communication. • You will work with clients to build strong promotional plans, maintain shelf placement, and build connectivity with the customer. • Meet regularly with existing customers to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to address those needs, provide all maintenance, new item submissions, promotional support, etc. • Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers & clients. • Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and clients and be available and responsive to their real-time needs.

Job Requirements

  • Some experience calling on H-E-B preferred
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products)
  • Strong proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Snapshot of Responsibilities Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas and account “close” goals and provide customer feedback to improve OraSure products to best meet our market demands Prospect new customers within a prescribed territory Market/promote products within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales quota and account closure goals.
