• Orchestrate the delivery and testing of new application infrastructure • Implement customer infrastructure and application change requests in line with business policies and practices • Support the deployment and testing of software updates and hotfixes • Support the troubleshooting of infrastructure and application issues • Document fixes, processes, and improvements to strengthen internal knowledge sharing • Maintain alignment with security standards such as ISO27001 and PCI-DSS

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration
  • Solid experience with SQL Server, SMTP, IIS, and related infrastructure services
  • Experience with Identity Management, SSO and federation configuration
  • Networking proficiency, including DNS, VNETs, VPNs, proxies, and firewalls
  • Confidence troubleshooting Windows environments, Active Directory, and complex cloud setups
  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical issues to non-technical teams
  • Relevant cloud administration experience and qualifications (Azure preferred)
  • Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform
  • Experience working with CI/CD tooling and deployment pipelines (GitHub preferred)
  • Experience working with a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with ticketing and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working with agile and professional services delivery teams
  • Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones, with strong documentation and collaboration habits.
