• Own the full development lifecycle of features, including database design, backend APIs, agent logic, and Vue frontend implementation • Design and maintain scalable, reliable systems using distributed and event-driven architectures • Build and orchestrate workflows using tools like Temporal (or similar frameworks) • Develop and integrate LLM-powered agents, leveraging ReAct patterns, skill-based architectures, and MCP tool integration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across services • Deploy and manage applications on GCP, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture • Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in Go and Python development
- Proven ability to build and own systems end-to-end (database, API, frontend)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal)
- Experience with LLM/agent frameworks, including ReAct patterns, skill architectures, and exposure to MCP-style structured tool protocols
- Familiarity with GCP and cloud-native development
- Experience building LLM agent evaluations and iterating on prompt reliability (eval harnesses, golden-output testing, failure-mode analysis)
- Comfort working with HIPAA-adjacent / PHI data (medical records, litigation files); applies basic data-handling and audit-logging hygiene
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Must have own equipment
