Role Description We are looking for detail-oriented AI Data Trainers to evaluate how AI systems personalize responses using real user data. You will interact with AI models, assess outputs, and provide structured feedback — focusing on accuracy, safety, personalization quality, and correct use of personal data. This role is especially suited for candidates with a strong interest in fitness, nutrition, and digital health experiences. NOTE: must have either a Google Pixel device or a Fitbit watch (Apple Watch devices are not permitted) Commitments Required: 8 hours per day with an overlap of 4 hours with PST. Employment type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave) Duration of contract: 10 weeks+ Location: INDIA Responsibilities - Conduct multi-turn conversations with AI models and compare response quality across variants - Evaluate outputs for: - Accuracy and grounding - Personalization quality - Safety and responsible data usage - Test predefined health & wellness scenarios (fitness, activity tracking, nutrition, habits) - Identify issues such as: - Incorrect personalization - Hallucinations or reasoning gaps - Data misuse or privacy risks - Provide clear, structured feedback and evaluation notes - Maintain consistency and attention to detail across repeated evaluations Requirements - Must be 18+ years old - Must operate using en-IN language settings (India-based context required) - Must use a primary, actively used personal Google account (with real usage history) - Must own and actively use a Fitbit device or Pixel Watch
