The Program Financial Sr. Analyst has overall responsibility for: - Financial point of contact for the customer and program leadership team, with overall accountability for all chargeback, invoicing, billing disputes, pricing, and financial reporting. - Financial analysis and reporting in order to monitor finances associated with business operations. - Specialized financial, accounting or planning activities following general project or departmental guidelines. - Conducting and executes procedures in support of various functions such as budgeting, auditing and financial planning. - Financial assessments of the financial health of the contract. - Examining contractual data to assist leadership in making decisions regarding budgeting, and long-term financial planning. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: - Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or - Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience - Knowledge of conducting assessments for the financial health of contractual data. - Familiarity with review of financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators. - Prior work conducting audits for contract financial management and supporting government contracts as a financial analyst or program analyst. - Knowledge of financial operations. - Familiarity with government financial reporting requirements. - Knowledge of cost management and accounting for the contract. - Knowledge of auditing and operations. - Knowledge of developing, documenting and implementation of financial process and/or procedures - Requires highly effective communication and interpersonal communication skills. - Requires strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities. - Strong decision-making and prioritization skills. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. • Design, develop, and implement a data-driven framework to identify, evaluate, and select business partners in support of a unified channel coverage model across Waters and BD. • Partner closely with sales, marketing, commercial excellence, and product management teams across both organizations to align on data requirements, validate assumptions, and ensure the model meets operational and commercial needs. • Gather, integrate, and analyze diverse data sources, including sales history, installed base data, product portfolio, market coverage, and organizational structures. • Develop dashboards and visualizations that clearly synthesize insights and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders. • Prepare and deliver weekly progress updates highlighting key accomplishments, risks, and next steps. • Document analytical assumptions, data sources, and model logic to ensure transparency, scalability, and continuity beyond the duration of the internship.

• Lead the technical delivery of proactive broadband solutions using Zhilabs • Drive measurable improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial value through predictive modelling • Design and deliver proactive broadband use cases using Zhilabs to detect service issues early • Develop and maintain clean, efficient code and scripts (e.g., Python, SQL) • Build and optimise dashboards that visualise network and customer metrics • Lead technical delivery of proactive initiatives from concept through backlog shaping, testing, and go-live readiness • Apply predictive modelling techniques to forecast service degradation • Implement workflow automations that reduce manual effort • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate use cases via A/B testing
