• Responsible for collecting risk intelligence and monitoring public sentiment across major social media and community platforms. • Build a multi-layered intelligence network to proactively identify and warn against external threats, ensuring platform security. • Establish and maintain intelligence sources across platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord, covering security agencies, project communities, industry groups, and illicit channels. • Monitor on-chain security incidents, illicit activities, phishing, and scam-related threats. • Track user discussions and negative sentiment related to the company across external platforms, evaluate potential risks, and coordinate with internal teams for timely response. • Track the effectiveness of intelligence handling, regularly review incident detection accuracy, eliminate low-value sources, and improve overall intelligence coverage. • Collaborate with technical teams to enhance data collection tools and alerting systems, while maintaining intelligence SOPs and reporting dashboards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Web3/cryptocurrency, with a solid understanding of the ecosystem.
- Active daily presence on platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord, with strong information sensitivity.
- Familiarity with common on-chain security incidents and illicit activity patterns.
- Good English reading and writing skills, able to comfortably follow English-language communities.
- Detail-oriented, patient, and capable of continuous monitoring and organisation of information.
