Role Description A customer-facing support role focused on helping hairdresser clients across multiple service channels. The role will cover: - Order queries - Billing questions - Product access or login issues - General support communication The person must be comfortable in a fast-moving support environment, service-oriented, and emotionally steady when solving client problems throughout the day. Qualifications - 2-3+ years of customer support / customer service / client service experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable working across Zendesk, WhatsApp, SMS, direct messages, and some calls or virtual meetings - Able to handle complaint-driven or troubleshooting-led conversations without becoming reactive - Confident learning product workflows and communicating them clearly to end users - Reliable, proactive, and able to follow process while still showing initiative - You genuinely enjoy customer service - Clear communication - Stay calm when handling complaints or troubleshooting - Open to UK-aligned schedules and at least one support seat covering Saturdays Requirements - Platforms & Channels: - Zendesk - WhatsApp and SMS support - Email support - Instagram / social inbound messaging funnelled into support workflow - Occasional phone calls and virtual support meetings
