Role Description PROtect is seeking an NDE Data Analyst to support our growing Pipeline Integrity group. This role is responsible for reviewing inspection data and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client and company requirements, while helping ensure deliverables are issued on time. This position plays a key role in the quality and consistency of our reporting process. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable communicating with technicians, internal teams, and clients. In addition to data review and report quality control, this role may also support training activities, process improvement initiatives, and other special projects that strengthen the overall Pipeline Integrity program. • Lead and grow a team of data engineers working across ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and ML-enablement • Own team delivery across sprints, including planning, prioritization, QA, and stakeholder communication • Set and enforce strong engineering practices around code reviews, testing, observability, and documentation • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, BI, Revenue Operations, and business stakeholders in Marketing and Sales • Guide technical architecture decisions for our pipelines on GCP (BigQuery, GCS, Composer) • Model and transform data using dbt and SQL, supporting reporting, attribution, and optimization needs • Ensure data security, compliance, and scalability — especially around first-party customer data • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical roadmap discussions

• Lead the design and deployment of the Insurance BU data infrastructure. • Build and deploy pipelines to automate manual financial tasks, including the ingestion and transformation of unstructured data (PDFs, XLS, etc.) to streamline billing and reconciliation. • You will be responsible for creating clean, modular, and easily maintainable data pipelines by transforming complex structured code and convoluted queries. • Proactively drive technical decisions by demonstrating an aptitude for understanding business goals. • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver solutions offering real business value.
