• Provide guidance and coaching to franchisees and Operations team to achieve short and long-term company and operational goals • Utilize knowledge of restaurant operations and staff resources to provide counsel, advice, and assistance to franchisee owners/operators to positively impact and improve sales, profits, operating standards, and operating systems while maintaining or exceeding customer expectations • Ensure compliance with IDQ policies and system standards • Gain and maintain support of DMA chair people and other key franchisee leadership in achieving operational goals • Engage functional experts when needed • Provide support to other functions when needed • Effectively implement and execute the Worldwide Operation’s Business Plan (rolling 1-, 2- and 3-year plan) for a particular District • Develop and implement a district wide business plan (i.e., integrated marketing, operations, training, development, and supply chain plan) • When and where appropriate, establish and implement effective business plans with franchise owners in the district • Provide necessary counsel and assistance to ensure the plans include specific goals and strategies in support of ADQ’s Operations and Marketing Plan • Provide advice and guidance in developing and managing marketing performance through effective partnerships with appropriate departments, vendors, and franchisees • Responsible for positioning franchisees for consistent achievement of optimal shift management, food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, repair and maintenance, and atmosphere goals as established by Operation’s Business Plan and ADQ’s operating standards • Provide impactful advice and counsel to position franchisees for optimal financial health • Partner with appropriate ADQ staff to help position new and existing franchisees to establish and execute effective development, reinvestment, and renewal strategies • Provide support to other departments/functions as needed • May assist with new store openings as required • Complete Ad Hoc projects as required

• Serve as an on-the-ground operational resource at portfolio companies, working alongside presidents in a co-management or support capacity depending on what the situation requires • Lead or support company transitions — new acquisitions, president-to-president handoffs, and operational resets — with heavy in-person presence during active engagement periods • Build trust and working relationships with company presidents and their teams; your credibility will be earned through execution, not title • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements in areas such as dispatching, pricing, technician productivity, job costing, and customer workflow • Support monthly business review data collection and synthesis across portfolio companies, building infrastructure that reduces manual overhead over time • Assist in building out operating playbooks, benchmarks, and standardized processes that can be applied across the MEP portfolio • Contribute to new acquisition onboarding as the portfolio grows — helping new companies understand Teamshares systems, tools, and expectations • Bubble up operational insights and performance signals to the Industry Lead; your on-the-ground visibility is an asset the IL doesn’t have from the portfolio level • Become the Teamshares-level expert on ServiceTitan, with working knowledge across configuration, workflows, reporting, and best practices for field service operations in the trades • Project-manage ServiceTitan implementations at net-new portfolio companies in partnership with company presidents and, where applicable, external consultants • Lead standardization and optimization audits at existing ST companies, surfacing platform utilization gaps and driving adoption of underused functionality • Serve as the primary internal resource for presidents and their teams navigating the platform day-to-day — reducing reliance on external consultants for routine questions and optimization work

• Issuance and reissuance of airline tickets (domestic and international) and ground transportation on an emergency basis • Hotel reservations in Brazil and abroad • Rapid assistance in critical situations, including performing early check-in at major airports in the country • Researching and arranging domestic and international travel insurance • Use of online systems to search, reserve and purchase airline tickets, accommodation and vehicle rentals • Coordination of transfer services, including cars, buses, minibuses and other vehicles, both domestically and internationally.

• Delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars • Creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions • Assists in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating understanding of our solution, services, and training • Contributes to qualification of prospects and proposed demonstration criteria • Uses in-depth ERP-product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and customers
