Lead Operations Analyst United States Virtual Full time R-112329 The Lead Operations Analyst analyzes current and future processes to promote operational effectiveness through strategies such as standardization, improvement, simplification, or discontinuation. It also supports the implementation and maintenance of systems and procedures across various departments and provides personnel with training on their use. Depending on the area of focus, the role may also involve evaluating organizational functions and structures to prevent overlapping or duplication. Additionally, it coordinates proposed policies, procedures, systems, forms, and reports across departments to ensure alignment and consistency. A core aspect of this role is cross-functional collaboration with process owners, product owners, business stakeholders, and staff to deliver an intuitive, high-impact solution and output.   Job Responsibilities Operational Analytics and Monitoring (50%) - Analyze end-to-end operational data to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Conduct structured research and process reviews, including system analysis, information gathering, and stakeholder interviews, to understand root causes and operational challenges. - Support transformation initiatives by contributing to end-to-end process maps, workflow designs, and analytical deliverables that guide improvement decisions. - Develop and refine new or existing processes through work studies, process mapping, and the application of quality and continuous improvement methodologies. - Create and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation that inform leadership decisions and support ongoing process improvement. - Ensure cross-departmental consistency and scalability by developing and implementing standardized processes, protocols, and operating procedures. - Design and execute data collection strategies, leveraging internal systems, databases, and third-party platforms to gather reliable operational intelligence. - Prepare, clean, and transform large datasets, applying analytical techniques to generate meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decisions. Continuous Process Improvement (50%) - Organize and facilitate collaborative discussions with various parties to develop and/or update process flows for new and existing operations, creating a baseline of best practices that can be utilized across related programs and ensuring consistency. - Proactively identify opportunities in processes and work to lead the development of solutions and the resolution to improve efficiency. - Serves as a consultant to various stakeholders in the business or organization, assisting with evaluating, planning, and implementing improvements in business processes and practices. - Assessment of operational failure to determine preventative measures for control deployment - Provide front-line support for internal operational applications, including troubleshooting user issues, resolving access problems, and coordinating with IT or vendor partners when system-level support is required. Basic Qualifications - 5 + years of professional experience in the fields of process improvement, analytics, and/or reporting. - Experience in analyzing data and making strong recommendations based on findings for process improvements. Other Requirements: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Experience with prioritizing tasks with shifting deadlines, working on multiple projects simultaneously, and working independently while still meeting objectives. - Experienced visualization techniques, including visual storytelling with data and understanding of business needs and processes. - Experience in effective and compelling communication to internal and external business partners. What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?  - Salesforce Administration training and/or experience - Six Sigma methodology training. - Experience in Tableau, SharePoint, Excel, SSMS, SQL, Power Automate, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI. - Experience in the fields of insurance and mortgage servicing highly preferred - Bachelor’s degree #LI-Remote Pay Range: $64,900.00 - $108,200.00 Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.

This full-time position will ensure assigned core banking application systems bring the expected business value, operate reliably, and support organizational growth. They will provide subject matter business analysis and technical support services that ensure products, processes, data conversion, reports and other operational needs are met. - Provide support of assigned core banking application system by troubleshooting technical assistance requests received through internal ticketing system in accordance with SLA standards. - Perform core banking system parameter changes while following Change Management and/or SOX standards. - Design and test new and existing product parameters, system functionality and/or configuration, and notices/letters and statements. - Assist in monitoring application updates and new releases from vendors, ensuring custom programming remains intact. - Review and understand vendor client bulletins and release updates. - Complete system and regression testing and support user testing, to deliver high quality release package implementation. - Coordinate, conduct, and/or participate in regular meetings to communicate and provide proper interpretation of system changes and/or configurations, including changes in policy and procedure, ensuring changes comply with applicable regulatory requirements. - Assist in troubleshooting application and user issues in core banking system, reaching out to application vendor as needed for resolution. - Document, report, and resolve system failures. - Create and participate in event assessments involving assigned core banking applications. - Use application system data through SQL or application system query as requested through information request, projects, audits, etc. to fulfill any custom reporting needs not directly available through the core banking system. - Build, create and execute extract files from core banking system data for third party vendor requests. - Participate in projects to help define system scope and objectives through research and understanding of core banking system while considering system or operational limitations to achieve desired outcome. - Develop testing strategies and execute test plan to mitigate deployment risk. - Identify issues and escalate/manage resolution as required. - Recommend preferred solutions. - Create automation using Nintex bots. - Complete system and regression testing and support user testing to deliver high quality, fully automated bot. - Gather and assess requirements for software utilization through data analysis, core parameter review and completion of questionnaires. - Create core data field mapping and transaction workflow documents to form the technical specifications for the integration to be shared with vendors and programmers, and others as appropriate to ensure successful conversion. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent (HSE/GED) - A minimum of three (3) years of deposit or loan servicing, operations, line of business or similar experience in the financial services industry. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field of study (preferred). - Similar experience supporting core Deposit or loan servicing systems (FIS, Fiserv, CSI, Jack Henry, etc.) (preferred). - Commercial bank operations and servicing experience supporting FIS Horizon Deposit or Loan system (preferred). - Working knowledge of SQL or other reporting technology (preferred). - Experience creating and supporting RPA automation (preferred).
