Role Description This role is part of an ongoing project within the aviation sector, focused on a mission-critical digital platform that supports flight operations through real-time data, automation, and system integration. The system is built on a cloud-native AWS architecture, leveraging microservices, event-driven communication, and distributed services. This is a highly technical role requiring a strong software engineering and architectural mindset. The focus is not infrastructure management or traditional DevOps operations, but the design and implementation of a scalable automated testing solution that integrates across services, APIs, and workflows without requiring major changes to the existing system. You will have a high level of autonomy in defining and evolving the testing framework, while working closely with a Senior Architect who will review and validate all technical and architectural decisions. This ensures strong ownership of design and execution, combined with alignment at the architectural level. • Desenvolver e manter pipelines de CI/CD, garantindo entregas contínuas, seguras e auditáveis. • Evoluir nossa plataforma Kubernetes — manifestos, charts, operators e políticas de cluster — seguindo o modelo GitOps. • Atuar como referência técnica do time: conduzir decisões de arquitetura, tomar frente em iniciativas relevantes e apoiar o direcionamento técnico da plataforma. • Implementar e manter infraestrutura como código (IaC), promovendo padronização e reuso. • Colaborar com as equipes de desenvolvimento na integração contínua, definição de estratégias de deploy (blue/green, canary) e resolução de gargalos na esteira. • Monitorar e otimizar performance e disponibilidade dos serviços, atuando proativamente em alertas e incidentes. • Acompanhar e otimizar o custo da infraestrutura cloud, aplicando práticas de FinOps (identificação de desperdícios, rightsizing, planejamento de reservas/savings plans, entre outros). • Apoiar na construção e evolução de métricas, SLIs/SLOs, dashboards e alertas no nosso stack de observabilidade. • Manter e operar serviços de mensageria e filas utilizados pelos times de desenvolvimento. • Implementar práticas de segurança em todas as fases do ciclo de vida das aplicações (shift-left), incluindo gerenciamento de segredos, varredura de imagens e hardening de clusters. • Conduzir análises de causa raiz (RCA) de incidentes e implementar ações corretivas que evitem recorrência. • Apoiar a modernização de ambientes legados, migrando cargas para Kubernetes e padronizando ferramentas e processos. • Promover a cultura DevOps, disseminando boas práticas, documentando processos e mentorando colegas em ferramentas e fluxos adotados pelo time. • Contribuir com o planejamento técnico da plataforma, trazendo propostas de melhoria, análises de trade-off e provas de conceito.

• Implementar e manter infraestrutura como código utilizando Terraform, seguindo padrões e boas práticas já estabelecidos pelo time. • Operar e dar manutenção em clusters Kubernetes, utilizando Helm e práticas de GitOps para suporte à entrega contínua de aplicações. • Atuar na operação do dia a dia de ambientes AWS, contribuindo para a disponibilidade e estabilidade das plataformas. • Apoiar o diagnóstico de problemas de rede em cloud providers, atuando em conjunto com membros mais sêniores do time em cenários mais complexos. • Manter pipelines de CI/CD com GitLab, colaborando com times de desenvolvimento e dados. • Acompanhar e utilizar ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) para identificar anomalias e apoiar a resposta a incidentes. • Participar de processos de resposta a incidentes e post-mortems, contribuindo com análises e implementação de melhorias. • Apoiar iniciativas de FinOps, auxiliando na identificação de oportunidades de otimização de custos na nuvem.

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant systems across cloud environments. • Develop and maintain observability tools, including monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK). • Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and incident response using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. • Optimize system performance, scalability, and incident response workflows to improve uptime. • Work closely with development and DevOps teams to improve system design for reliability. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventative measures to minimize failures. • Ensure high availability by designing and maintaining load balancing, failover, and disaster recovery strategies. • Improve CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment speed while maintaining stability. • Optimize cloud cost and resource utilization for AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Participate in on-call rotations to quickly address system failures and minimize downtime.
