Territory Sales Representative

• Conduct in-home sales presentations with pre-set appointments or self generated leads • Present customized proposals that align with the customer’s energy needs, financial goals, and property specifications • Closing deals as the face of the company • Manage your pipeline, follow up on leads, and keep detailed records of customer interactions. • Collaborate with appointment setters and project teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to installation • Continuously meet or exceed monthly close targets and maintain a high sit-to-close ratio
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce for managing leads, tracking pipeline progress, and following up with clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently, managing your schedule, and staying accountable to performance goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer needs, identify opportunities, and overcome objections.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self-motivation
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable transportation to conduct in-home sales presentations
- Laptop or tablet to make sales presentations to customers
