• Lead technically the team and enable the development team to build, enhance, and maintain applications. • Work on a variety of projects, for different clients, in different subject matter domains. • Lead, execute, and participate in design and architecture discussions and decisions. • Collaborate with user experience, product delivery, and non-technical program management teams. • Ensure that solutions are following security and performance best practices. • Create & maintain design and other documentation required by the clients. • Communicate with customer’s team members and align technical solutions. • Understand requirements and make viable technical solutions choosing appropriate frameworks. • Understand the implementation of the solutions you lead to better guide tech leads and developers when needed. • Guarantee a stable and productive development environment.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in software architecture design and technical leadership.
  • Solid experience with GCP.
  • Solid experience in backend development, technologies like Node.JS, JavaScript.
  • Comfort learning new frameworks.
  • Experience designing software architecture and defining frameworks and technologies;
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions / Jenkins).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as a Code (serverless).
  • Ability to create proof of concepts and coding complex mechanisms.
  • Willingness to work with different technologies and learn every day.
  • Ability to share your knowledge with more junior team members.
  • Nice to have knowledge of non-functional requirements (performance, security, privacy, GDPR and etc).
  • Knowledge of Design Patterns, Clean Architecture and Clean coding.
  • Knowledge of unit, integration and E2E testing.
  • Terraform experience.
  • Solid experience with AWS.

Role Description As a Revenue Cycle Architect in our federal space, you will lead revenue cycle integration, workflow and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues. You will influence workflow and technical decisions, articulating operational and financial impacts to client and company project teams. This role will allow you to participate in executive level client discussions regarding revenue cycle expectations and opportunities for improvement. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our Integrations team. In this role, you will own the design, development, and maintenance of backend services that connect our platform to external healthcare systems, partner APIs, ERP systems, and analytics tools. You will be a key technical contributor on a small, high-impact team responsible for ensuring that clinical and operational data flows securely and reliably across our ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role with real architectural influence. You will work closely with the Integrations Lead to shape technical direction, mentor teammates, and make decisions that directly affect how our platform connects to the broader healthcare landscape. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with our Cloud, Data, Mobile, and Web teams. This is a remote position reporting to the Lead Integrations Engineer. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 5-7+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, Software Integration Engineer, Cloud Software Engineer or similar role, with at least 2 years focused on system integrations or API-heavy environments. Requirements - Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Python for building production-grade services and integrations. - Deep experience with integration architecture, RESTful APIs, webhooks, message queues, ETL/ELT patterns, and data transformation. - Experience designing, versioning, and securing APIs.
