• Overseeing all phases of construction execution—from pre-construction planning through closeout • Maintaining accurate project tracking, schedules, and client reporting • Working closely with internal teams, clients, general contractors, landlords, and utility partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget • Proactively managing communication and reporting with General Contractors (GCs) during construction activities • Attending weekly conference calls with Vertex and Client (as required) • Mobilizing to site and attend preliminary site walks with Real Estate/Site Acquisition to determine site design • Conducting site walks with utility and/or awarded fiber vendor • Reviewing, redlining or approving drawings • Obtaining approval on drawings and providing to A&E/RE team • Communicate any project changes or delays to Client Construction Engineer • Coordinating General Construction activities to meet timelines • Reporting to CE any issues that are observed • Scheduling final walk with GC and client representative for handoff

• Update and monitor leads at all stages of the sales funnel. • Schedule and conduct onboarding visits with potential partners. • Perform ongoing follow-up to ensure lead conversion. • Analyze market segments and identify opportunities and gaps. • Request targeted referrals at events such as Negócio Gastrô. • Source new referrals at events, meetings, and through informal networking. • Organize events such as Café do Indicado: reserve venues, request quotes, and coordinate execution. • Maintain close relationships with current associates to generate qualified referrals.

• Support a coalition dedicated to preventing election sabotage and represent All Voting in state and national pro-democracy coalitions • Manage relationships horizontally across the coalition • Connect national, state, and local experts, resources, and capacity • Undertake scenario planning/tabletop exercises to prepare for critical election emergencies that could significantly delay or disrupt voting, vote counting, or the certification of the election • Spearhead and organize approximately 2-3 convenings per year and manage logistics • Create, build, develop, and maintain relationships with state-, county-, and municipality-level elected officials, election officials, and partners to grow the coalition • Provide press support as needed to the Nevada State Director • Monitor activity of extremist groups and legal election cases
