• Responsible for end-to-end management of payroll for independent contractors (PJ), including daily, weekly and biweekly payments. • Handle high-volume payroll operations, including managing multiple CNPJs (company tax registrations) simultaneously. • Provide employee support to resolve payroll-related questions. • Maintain direct communication with the finance department. • Ensure accuracy and organization in payroll processes.
Job Requirements
- Experience managing high-volume payrolls (100+ people, ideally 200+).
- Experience working with multiple CNPJs simultaneously.
- Previous experience in an accounting firm is a plus (senior-level candidates are welcome).
- Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
- No specific ERP required, but experience with the Senior system is considered a plus.
