• LLM Sources Analytics - The ability to independently assess the quality of sources and determine the priority of collaboration with them. • Outreach for paid publications - Lead the outreach process to identify relevant, LLM-trusted websites. • Outreach for guest posting or link exchange - Find websites and negotiate for content posting and link exchange. • Competitor strategy analysis - Conduct audits of competitor websites to find new opportunities and linking building strategies. • Broken/Removed LLM-sources control - Identify broken links or removed paid links on websites and reach out to restore them. • Reporting - Create regular reports that track the number of sources acquired, the quality of the links, and their impact on LLMs.

Job Requirements

  • We are looking for a middle specialist with 2+ years of experience in link-building and an understanding of how to increase a share of voice inside LLMS.

SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY OPERATIONS: - Manage photo day logistics, ensuring the right number of photographers are scheduled for each event. - Research and determine centralized storage location for photography equipment. - Oversee equipment storage, organization, and coordination of equipment pickups with your team. - Coordinate weekly pickups with Event Leads for photography hard drives, etc. - Collect and prepare all photography gear for shipment to MN at the end of the season. EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT: - Partner with HR to conduct interviews and hire Photographer. - Directly manage Photographers within the Hub. - Manage school assignments and Photographer scheduling for service area. - Ensure all details of each photo day event are clear to assigned photographers and school contacts through ongoing communication. - Establish expectations with photographers to ensure adherence of JostensPIX standards and attendance. - Attend/lead weekly, virtual team meetings. - Partner with Travel Coordinator for hotel reservation needs. - Oversee and approve Photographer expenses; manage overtime and travel needs. PHOTOGRAPHY EXECUTION: - Understand and execute JostensPIX photography in adherence with Jostens protocol. - Work some events as a Photographer or Event Lead when needed, providing hands-on support during peak days. - Attend 2-3 Photo Day events per week as additional support. - Ensure smooth operations, from setting up equipment to troubleshooting tech issues. (i.e. Photographer attendance, tech issues, etc.). - Ability to travel to schools within assigned Hub as needed. The Manager, Nutrition and Health Services manages high quality, multi-faceted nutrition and health programs that address the unique needs of the children and families Holt serves. The Manager, Nutrition and Health Services provides management and administration to Nutrition and Health Services by overseeing and coordinating country programs, coordinating inter and intra-department communication, managing databases and monitoring and evaluation systems, overseeing department interns and volunteers, and assisting with assigned projects as needed. Develops statistical reports to summarize program impact and provide continuous quality improvement in nutrition and health programming. Verifies data quality and coordinates analysis of data within Holt and works in collaboration with database and data analyst contractors. - Manages preparation, calendaring, coordination and monitoring of key project deliverables and department goals. Works with Director to construct annual contract for contractor(s) necessary for full implementation. Collaborates with program team leaders and their managers to secure guidance on appropriate timeline and roll-out plans for each country program. Provides field implementation expectations to program leaders. Requests timely receipt of program field updates and expense receipts from Holt programs/partners/ volunteers and contractors. - Arranges travel for Holt staff, participating program staffs and technical expert staff for overseas travel needs. Collaborates with Holt program leads to finalize all in-country arrangements to conduct assessments, trainings, monitoring and evaluation and/or contractor(s). - Ensures high quality services for children and families and other Holt constituents by overseeing the coordination of logistics, travel, supplies, training and technical needs to the field. Ensures all programs are modified to be culturally relevant and country-specific. - Conserves and maximizes the Vice President’s time by acting as primary liaison for administration and communication within and outside of Holt as required; assisting in the creation and editing of documents and communications; developing and maintaining digital materials and presentations; and collaborating with Holt program teams to maximize interdepartmental communications and minimize cross cultural communication issues. - Supports Holt’s fundraising efforts by producing country overviews, project summaries and program reports for foundations and donor relations representatives, department heads and support staff. - Contributes to team effort and continuity by collaborating and communicating with the team on program needs and priorities.
