• Serve as a Technical Driver, guiding solution strategy and technical vision, connecting solutions across the ecosystem, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and long-term technology strategies. • Collaborate with sales and technical pre-sales ecosystem to deliver compelling, industry-specific, customer-centric presentations on Adobe’s data, experience management solutions, and AI agents • Deliver seamless, cross-solution demos across the portfolio • Build strong technical expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, its applications, and AI capabilities • Stay informed on experience management trends, insights, and competitive landscape • Keep up to date on generative AI and new technologies impacting the data and experience ecosystem
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or in a similar customer-facing role within enterprise software
- Demonstrated proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to lead strategic conversations, executive meetings, and large-audience presentations in both languages. Portuguese language proficiency is a plus.
- Proven ability to present to senior executives and larger audiences with clarity, confidence, and strong executive presence.
- Deep knowledge of Adobe data solutions, or related data solutions in the experience management space.
- Strong grasp of AI trends and agentic strategies, with the ability to translate them into business outcomes
- Ability to communicate complex platform-level ideas and concepts effectively
- Experience or high-level knowledge of Adobe content and planning solutions is a plus
- High degree of emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to quickly absorb new concepts

Role Description The Senior Manager, Individual and Family Plan Insurance Solutions is a hands-on product owner accountable for end-to-end plan outcomes for assigned IFP markets. This role owns plan strategy, detailed design, filing execution, launch readiness, and post-launch performance, and is directly responsible for plan quality and stability once live. This individual is also directly accountable for health solution execution from product development to filing, launch, and post-launch performance, while also being directly accountable for plan readiness, quality, and issue remediation. You will report into the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development. Work Location: This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia.
