Business Analyst – Revenue Operations
DaVita Kidney Care
• Understand the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle and initiate/co-drive project work that affects the bottom line of the organization • Create and maintain a robust project plan, set challenging goals and deadlines per executive asks • Calculate impact to Yield, Bad Debt, and overall project ROI, and solution analysis • Participate and potentially lead project updates with executives and stakeholders • Proactively monitor team’s book of business outcomes and findings through data analytics and/or trend analysis and root cause analysis • Develop/pitch/initiate process improvements • Meet with project teams on an ongoing basis, facilitate project team next steps through data driven findings • Meet with business partners regularly and impacted teams to maintain relationships and provide high level updates and results to on initiatives • Conduct ad hoc data analytics and deep dive requests
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience (will also consider new or recent graduates with experience working on projects in class while in school)
- Project Management Experience preferred
- Proven ability to be successful in an autonomous work environment
- Intermediate Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with data analysis and/or process innovation
- Strong ability to create and/or communicate executive level materials
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Demonstrative technical and/or statistical understanding (i.e. Netezza, PL/SQL, Tableau, Oracle, Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence, Python, SPSS, Statistical Modeling, etc.)
