Senior People Ops Manager
ATTOM Data Solutions
Role Description We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to join our lean People & Culture team at a pivotal moment in ATTOM’s growth. This is a newly created role designed to expand People team capacity and serve as a thought partner to the Chief People Officer owning the optimization and automation of our people technology ecosystem (ADP, Lattice, Knoetic), ensuring HR compliance and regulatory readiness, and supporting people programs across performance, engagement, and AI workforce enablement. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who combines operational discipline with a systems mindset. Someone who can identify where automation unlocks efficiency, maximize what existing tools can do, and ensure programs land well with employees. You will partner closely with the CPO to bring people programs to life, drive participation, and deliver a consistently positive employee experience across a fully remote workforce. What you will do: - People Systems Optimization & Automation: - Audit and optimize end-to-end HR workflows in ADP to eliminate manual processes and build automation throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, payroll changes, benefits administration). - Maximize Lattice by ensuring consistent adoption of performance, feedback, and engagement features; partner with managers to drive meaningful use beyond compliance. - Steward Knoetic to maintain data integrity, build and refine people analytics dashboards, and ensure the C-suite has reliable, self-service visibility into key workforce metrics. - Identify and close integration gaps between platforms to create seamless data flows and reduce duplicative manual effort across the People team. - Performance, Feedback & Engagement Program Execution: - Partner with the CPO to operationalize performance development and feedback programs, owning logistics, timelines, communications, and manager enablement to drive ≥90% on-time participation. - Drive engagement survey rollout and participation, coordinate team-level action planning, and serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the process. - Monitor and report on program participation and sentiment trends; surface insights to the CPO and proactively flag retention risks in critical roles. - Act as a visible, approachable point of contact for employees throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring a positive and consistent experience across a fully remote workforce. - AI Enablement Support: - Support the CPO in coordinating role-based AI training delivery, scheduling, and completion tracking across priority functions. - Identify operational opportunities to incorporate AI tools into People team workflows and surface recommendations to the CPO. - HR Compliance & Regulatory Reporting: - Serve as the primary point of contact for HR compliance audits, including 401(k) audits, EEO-1 reporting, and other federal and state regulatory requirements. - Own the compliance calendar, ensuring all required filings and reports are submitted accurately and on time across all states where ATTOM operates. - Maintain and update employment policies to reflect changes in federal, state, and local labor law; proactively monitor regulatory developments across all operating states. - Partner with legal counsel on employee relations matters, ensuring appropriate documentation and consistent application of company policies. - Cross-Functional Coordination & Operational Rigor: - Partner across Finance, IT, and external vendors to manage risk, timelines, and issue escalation. - Identify and drive continuous process improvement as organization grows. - Ensure people data integrity as a foundation for executive decision-making. Qualifications - 6+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS, data, or technology environment. - Hands-on experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar); ability to configure workflows, build automations, and troubleshoot system issues independently. - Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements including EEO-1, FLSA, FMLA, ACA, and multi-state employment law; experience owning compliance calendars and audit preparation. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities independently. - Experience executing and operationalizing performance management, engagement, or workforce programs at scale, including driving participation, managing communications, and measuring outcomes. - Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across Finance, IT, and business leadership. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and present to senior leaders. - High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and operational rigor. Benefits - Base Salary $120,000 – $150,000 plus bonus (Final salary offered may vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience). - Flexible work schedule. - Flexible time off policy. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance. - Life and disability insurance. - Employer-paid benefits. - Employer-sponsored EAP (Employee Assistance Program). - Traditional 401(k) and Roth retirement plans with discretionary company match. - Pet insurance. - Employee referral bonus. - Co-working/office membership through Regus.
