Lead Director, Solution Management

• Act as the Solution Owner of a complex, matrixed workstream partnering closely with cross-functional leaders and serving as a leader of the supporting cross-functional business and DDAT team. • Guide the design, build, and launch of the workstream features and supporting API, ensuring alignment with PBM business needs and client expectations. • Serve as a primary business voice in shaping requirements, prioritizing features, and driving delivery timelines. • Foster collaboration among business, technology, product, and process engineering teams. • Bring deep understanding of PBM processes, client events, and the operational realities of the PBM business. • Anticipate and address client strategy, pricing strategy, regulatory, and compliance requirements throughout the development lifecycle. • Establish processes and performance metrics to ensure the workstream delivers on its intended value • Develop and maintain documentation, governance, and change management plans to support sustainable adoption • Guide maintenance, future enhancements, roadmap planning, and integration of evolving PBM business strategy and technology needs • Own ongoing stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, budget management and performance monitoring • Clear bias for action to iterate and deliver value while aligning to the north star vision • Bring a consultative perspective and recommendations to department leaders with an eye toward how digital transformations may require them to adjust their business models • Enable data-led decision making by leveraging existing data, creating new metrics where necessary and ensuring we activate the data to inform and serve our customers and business.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience
- 7+ years of experience in PBM field, with strong exposure to pricing or business operations processes
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to sustained operation
- Demonstrated experience in translating business needs into technology solutions and operational processes
- Experience communicating and collaborating with stakeholders, including executive interactions
- Experience leading with Objective and Key Results (OKRs) to drive outcomes
- Ability to travel up to 20% of time

Role Description The Director, Meeting Planning will lead the strategy, planning, and flawless execution of all Shionogi U.S. non-HCP meetings. This role is accountable for delivering operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of small- and large-scale meetings, including: - National sales meetings - Launch meetings - Corporate events - Executive leadership meetings This is a highly visible, enterprise-level role requiring the ability to manage multiple concurrent meetings, complex budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining a consistently high standard of execution. The Director will independently lead the planning of most meetings from start to finish and partner with external vendors for larger-scale events as appropriate. All meetings are U.S.-based. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience required. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate environment supporting meeting and event coordination, including a minimum of 2 years of meeting planning and event management within the pharmaceutical industry. - Proven experience leading complex, small to large-scale corporate meetings and events end-to-end both independently and with vendor support. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly-visible environment. - Strong financial acumen with experience developing, managing, and reconciling complex budgets. - Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. - Enterprise mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and guide cross-functional teams.
