• Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects and provide analytical support as directed by the Head of Corporate Strategy & Transformation and CEO • Work with and coordinate among functional executives on cross-company projects and potential acquisitions • Act as a consultant and owner on various strategic initiatives, providing critical analytical and project management support • Manage and complete the successful implementation of strategic initiatives that enable revenue growth and accelerate company profitability and efficiency • Act as portfolio company point of contact for interactions with Vista Equity Partners and Vista Consulting Group, including support and reporting on all strategic initiatives • Chief of Staff support to the executive leadership team as needed
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, Corporate Development or other financial and transactional roles with strong financial modelling capabilities
- 5+ years of SaaS experience preferred
- Demonstrated competency with implementing business processes, systems, and reporting
- Experience managing and leading teams and solid project management skills, having managed and successfully delivered multiple, complex projects on-time and on-budget
- Understanding of foundational accounting & finance principles
- Robust analytical and quantitative skills, as well as attention to detail
- Demonstrated success in a high pressure, dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient ability to drive change in a matrixed environment
- Executive presence, relationship building, strong decision-making skills
- High level of proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Open to travel.

Role Description The Director, Meeting Planning will lead the strategy, planning, and flawless execution of all Shionogi U.S. non-HCP meetings. This role is accountable for delivering operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of small- and large-scale meetings, including: - National sales meetings - Launch meetings - Corporate events - Executive leadership meetings This is a highly visible, enterprise-level role requiring the ability to manage multiple concurrent meetings, complex budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining a consistently high standard of execution. The Director will independently lead the planning of most meetings from start to finish and partner with external vendors for larger-scale events as appropriate. All meetings are U.S.-based. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience required. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate environment supporting meeting and event coordination, including a minimum of 2 years of meeting planning and event management within the pharmaceutical industry. - Proven experience leading complex, small to large-scale corporate meetings and events end-to-end both independently and with vendor support. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly-visible environment. - Strong financial acumen with experience developing, managing, and reconciling complex budgets. - Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. - Enterprise mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and guide cross-functional teams. Role Description Our Health Plan is looking for a detail oriented, process driven individual to join our team with deep knowledge of claims processing and utilization management to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to shape a vital subfunction at our organization.
