• Design and implement custom software solutions in the commerce domain • Develop SAP Commerce extensions and add-ons • Implement integration and connection of SAP Commerce with existing enterprise applications • Take responsibility for web and interface development as well as backend integrations • Collaborate with other SAP Commerce developers on B2B and B2C storefronts for clients of various sizes • Develop high-quality software based on the SAP Commerce stack • Perform quality assurance activities, e.g., team code reviews • Continuously advance methods, technologies and tools

• You will accompany features through the entire lifecycle – from the initial idea through discovery and specification to launch and beyond • You will independently maintain and prioritize app backlogs – evaluating incoming ideas and CSM tickets and keeping them well organized • In discovery you will validate user problems, analyze research results, and translate them into clear product decisions • You will specify features and hand them over to development – with complete user stories, acceptance criteria, and as a reliable PO interface • You will consistently measure impact – KPI baselines, post-launch evaluation, and learnings feed directly into the next iteration • You actively shape the roadmap – epics, dependencies, and reasoned prioritization decisions • You develop new app ideas from research and business case to concept

• Build: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot 3 on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Own Features: Take full ownership of the entire development lifecycle for new platform features, from technical design and requirement clarification with product and support teams to testing and deployment. • Solve Complex Problems: Dive deep into business logic, tackle challenging API integrations for Shopify and build solutions that provide real value to our customers in the accounting and e-commerce domains. • Ensure Reliability: Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments to ensure our platform is performant and reliable. • Collaborate & Mentor: Participate in code reviews, share your knowledge with the team, and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
