Du stellst sicher, dass Angebote und Projektunterlagen pünktlich im Postfach unserer Kunden landen. - Verantwortung für die termingerechte Versendung von Angebots-, und Projektunterlagen an Kunden und interne Stakeholder - Organisation und Verwaltung des Dokumentationsflusses, um die Nachverfolgbarkeit sicherzustellen Du erstellst Rechnungen im Handumdrehen und verfolgst offene Posten wie ein Spürhund. Role Description The Real Estate Manager Temp supports on a temporary basis the organization in site selection, leasing, design, budgeting, and project execution of company leased real estate assets. You will ensure Brightstar Lottery’s properties meet the changing organizational needs, while providing safe, secure and sustainable space for staff to thrive. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects across commercial office space, R&D, Data Centres, Operation Centres, warehousing, distribution facilities, and showrooms. Very strong administration skills and attention to detail are required.
