Mid-Level Java / React Developer
CI&T
• Develop and maintain applications using Java and React. • Implement microservices with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. • Integrate systems with cloud services, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and security. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features. • Participate in code reviews and ensure software quality. • Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues. • Contribute to architectures that support coexistence with legacy systems. • Work on event-driven solutions using tools such as Kafka. • Document processes, technical solutions, and architectural decisions. • Propose continuous improvements to processes and solutions with the team and the client.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in Java development.
- Experience with frontend development using React.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integration.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
- Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to identify problems and proactively propose improvements.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using Generative Artificial Intelligence to improve productivity.
- Experience with cloud computing on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with orchestration and integration tools such as BPM, ESB, or API Management.
