About The Team The Data+AI Infra team is tasked with providing our data engineering and analytics teams with the right tools. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the data infrastructure, incorporating technologies. Additionally, you will create and enhance tooling and platforms to empower the engineering team with improved self-service capabilities. This role is based in Singapore. What You'll Do - As a DevOps engineer in the team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our DevOps strategy, and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and evolve the cloud infrastructure optimized for performance, scalability and security in order to support our next 10x growth. - You will be working across multiple countries, owning our Data and AI infrastructure across the world. - You will bring to the team a level of expertise in operational platform management, developing observability and detection capabilities that will decrease time to discover problems and allow our teams to increase stability and not sacrifice agility or security. - A key aspect of this position will be building consensus amongst DevOps Engineers across geographies in different feature teams about the tools and practices we use, and evolving that consensus into agreed standards. For Staff level, we expect you to have over 10 years or at least 8 years experience. You should be able to demonstrate more in - depth understanding in the complexity of projects and the design of code systems. For Senior level, we expect you to have around 6 years or at least 5 years experience. You should be able to solve problems related to coding and system design independently. Who You Are - 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience. - Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps - Better to have # Data streaming engineering experience. Prior experience working with data streaming platforms such as Kafka, Flink or Spark. - Better to have # AI-related techstack: eg. vLLM, liteLLM, Langfuse, etc. - Hands-on experience with at least one programming language preferably Python, Golang, or Java. - Bachelor degree or above in computer science or engineering-related majors.
