Role Description You'll support the business development team — researching prospects, maintaining the CRM, coordinating outreach, and helping prepare proposals. Over time you'll take on your own mini-pipeline of warm leads and learn the full sales cycle. - Research target companies and build prospect lists - Keep the CRM (HubSpot or similar) clean and up to date - Coordinate outreach sequences and follow-ups - Help prepare decks, proposals, and client-facing summaries - Track pipeline metrics and flag stalled deals to the BD lead Qualifications - Highly organised with strong attention to detail - Good written English for client-facing communications - Comfortable learning sales tools quickly - Self-starter who can manage a task list without close supervision Requirements - Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce - Previous sales support, admin, or business development experience - Interest in SaaS or B2B tech Benefits - $550–$800 USD/month - Fully remote - Clear progression path into a full BD or account management role - 20 days leave plus public holidays - Supportive team with structured onboarding Company Description Remote World is partnering with a Nigerian B2B SaaS startup to hire for this role.
