This is a part-time, Virtual role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Shawnee, OK.  The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.  Job Details - Part-time, 20 hours/week - March – May (25/26) School Year, 8-12 weeks - 1– 5 Elementary grades  - Job Duties: direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, case management - Guaranteed Hours: including documentation, administrative and planning time - Virtual - Manageable caseloads - Dual support from the District and TheraPeds - $65 – $85+/hour($1300-$1700/week)

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions. • Complete service plans and updates for caseload. • Monitor/observe Mouth Swab tests as needed and document appropriately. • Provide support services to individuals in treatment. • Collaborate with clinical, medical, and admissions staff. • Contribute to clinical decisions, recognize and demonstrate treatment is a team effort. • Create and maintain a safe, comfortable, and person-focused treatment environment. • Ensure client safety and satisfaction. • Comprehend, follow, and enforce policies & procedures with clients. • Attend all required team meetings. • Communicate medical concerns to Medical Team. • Identify emergency signals and situations and respond appropriately. • Constant awareness and communication with clinical team, family members, and client. • Complete documentation within time frames set by the organization’s policy as required by license and accreditation standards. • Maintain strict confidentiality, HIPAA and 42CFR Part 2 compliance. • Adhere to organization’s policies & procedures, State & Federal law, OSHA, JCAHO, and BHA regulations & standards. • Represent the organization's mission and values.

• Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients helping them improve their mental health • 90% clinical / 10% admin

This is a full-time, virtual role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Shawnee, OK.  The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.  Job Details - Full-time, 37.5 hours/week - April – May (25/26) School Year, 8 weeks - 1– 5 Elementary grades  - Must have Oklahoma SLP license - Job Duties: direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, case management - Guaranteed Hours: including documentation, administrative and planning time - Virtual - Manageable caseloads - Dual support from the District and TheraPeds - $65 – $85+/hour($2437-$3187+/week)
