Role Description Transcard is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer support experience. - Assumes responsibility for the effective and professional completion of call center representative functions. - Receives customer telephone questions and complaints in a professional manner. - Answers inbound calls in a timely manner. - Responds to customer inquiries. - Provides personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customer. - Manages and updates customer profile with the status of each customer. - Coordinates with departments to achieve customer satisfaction. - Builds customer loyalty by meeting customer expectations. - Evaluates problems of the customers and provides logical lasting solutions. - Files disputes for customers in accordance with Regulation E. - Replies to all corresponding email. - Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with other departments and management. - Keeps supervisor informed of significant problems. - Corresponds with Fraud Department regarding potential fraudulent activity. - Maintains effective working relations with the operations department. Qualifications - Customer Service Experience. - English and/or Bilingual (English & Spanish). - Interpersonal and customer service skills. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Multitasking and organizational skills. - Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily. - Ability to share work among a customer service team. - Attentiveness and patience. - Time-management skills. Role Description We are hiring LPN's with Illinois license to support patients who are enrolled in chronic care management and/or remote patient monitoring programs. This is done in partnership with the patients’ care team which may include primary or specialty physician practices or healthcare systems. Successful candidates will bring experience in educating patients on chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. This is a full-time position that operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, unless otherwise specified. Role Description The Collector C is a seasoned Collections Representative responsible for maintaining a financially sound loan portfolio by proactively managing delinquencies across Consumer Loans, Real Estate Loans, and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs). This role utilizes a variety of outreach methods—including phone calls, letters, emails, and text messages—to engage members and resolve delinquent accounts. - Manage assigned collections queues and proactively collect delinquent loan payments and overdrawn deposit accounts. - Contact delinquent members via phone, email, text, and letters to resolve past-due accounts. - Analyze borrowers’ financial situations and use skip tracing tools to locate members when necessary. - Document all collection activities thoroughly in system notes. - Recommend loan extensions and workout solutions in accordance with policy. - Respond to member inquiries regarding loans and accounts. - Administer collection-related processes including bankruptcies, repossessions, charge-offs, and legal referrals. - Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to bankruptcy filings, collateral recovery, and legal activities. - Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors (e.g., attorneys, repossession agents) to ensure timely resolution of accounts. - Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, NCUA Rules, and FDCPA.
