• Identify and evaluate AI tools and platforms to improve marketing workflows and business processes • Recommend tools based on impact, usability, cost, and scalability • Stay current on new AI trends and emerging platforms relevant to marketing and operations • Build AI-enhanced workflows for content creation and repurposing, social media execution, email marketing and campaign support, lead generation and prospecting workflows, onboarding, SOP development, and internal documentation, reporting and KPI tracking • Develop custom automations and prompt-based systems to reduce manual work • Document repeatable workflows and internal best practices • Collaborate with leadership and department heads to identify bottlenecks and implement AI solutions across teams • Support client delivery teams with AI-enabled templates, systems, and productivity workflows • Assist in building scalable systems for a growing agency environment • Train staff on prompt engineering, AI best practices, and tool usage • Create internal training materials, SOPs, and “how-to” guides • Support adoption and quality control to ensure AI outputs meet brand and client standards • Analyze the impact of AI tools and workflows on productivity, turnaround times, and delivery quality • Continuously improve systems and automations based on performance data • Support dashboard creation and reporting workflows as needed • Assist in chatbot implementation, internal knowledge base structuring, and client data enrichment and CRM workflow automation

• Lead the strategy, design, and deployment of AI-enabled automation frameworks supporting application development, infrastructure management, and operational workflows • Architect and oversee CI/CD pipelines integrating automated testing, security scanning, code quality validation, and deployment processes • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or ARM templates to standardize and secure cloud provisioning • Design and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), enabling scalable and resilient application delivery • Integrate AI/ML-driven tools to optimize ticket routing, anomaly detection, predictive scaling, and automated remediation • Establish DevSecOps governance standards, automation policies, and reusable templates • Ensure alignment with NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA, and agency-specific ATO requirements • Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation • Track automation metrics and KPIs to measure operational impact and ROI

• You act as the link between our IT department, modern AI tools, RPA solutions, and our operational processes. • You ensure our systems communicate intelligently and that routine tasks are executed fully automatically. • Process automation: You analyze our manual workflows and implement them technically using AI tools as well as integrated RPA solutions such as uiagent.co and Power Automate. • Prompt engineering: You craft precise instructions (prompts) for AI and RPA models so they can reliably carry out complex tasks. • Interface management (API): You connect our internal software landscape with external tools to ensure smooth data flow. • Troubleshooting & optimization: When an automated process stalls, you identify the technical cause and resolve the issue sustainably.

• Develop the curriculum for the course “Implementing AI in Business Processes”, including lesson structure and clearly defined, measurable learning outcomes • Maintain the program’s relevance in line with current AI trends and advancements, in collaboration with the academic team • Create educational materials and supporting resources to enhance the quality of learning.
