Job Description
Senior Product Marketing Manager
Bestow
• Own Bestow's platform messaging and positioning — using AI-assisted research and synthesis to develop narratives that resonate with enterprise insurance carriers at every stage of the buying journey, and iterate them faster as the market evolves. • Lead go-to-market for product launches, coordinating across Product, Sales, and Marketing — leveraging AI tools to accelerate content production, personalize messaging by segment, and ensure every release lands with clarity, confidence, and market impact. • Build and maintain a high-quality sales enablement library — pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and objection-handling guides — using AI workflows to produce and update materials faster without sacrificing quality. • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence using AI-powered monitoring tools to track competitor moves, surface insights continuously, and keep Sales sharp and positioning refined in real time. • Partner with Communications to ensure product narratives show up in analyst conversations and earned media moments — using AI tools to help draft, adapt, and tailor content across formats and audiences. • Conduct customer and market research using a mix of traditional methods and AI tools to synthesize buyer language, needs, and decision criteria at greater depth and speed than either approach alone. • Establish a measurement framework to track how product marketing is contributing to pipeline and win rates — using AI-assisted analysis to surface patterns and make the case for what's working.
Job Requirements
- Product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology — you're operating at a senior level and ready for more responsibility.
- A compelling storyteller who can take a complex, technical platform and make it land clearly and powerfully with a sophisticated enterprise audience.
- Strong positioning and launch instincts — you know how to build a narrative from scratch and take it all the way through execution, without a lot of hand-holding.
- Comfortable building sales enablement from the ground up and working closely with a sales team to understand what they actually need to win.
- Curious and research-driven — you go deep on buyers, competitors, and the market using every tool available, including AI, to make your work sharper and your instincts better-informed.
- Energized by building — you're motivated by ownership, not intimidated by it.
- Genuinely AI-fluent — you use AI tools as a core part of how you work, not an occasional shortcut. You know when they accelerate good judgment and when human instinct has to lead.
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or a platform business is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you write with precision, make complex things feel simple, and maintain that standard whether you're drafting from scratch or editing AI-generated output.
