• You develop the roadmap for our platform — prioritized by business impact • You identify levers for generating more leads, improving conversion, and increasing customer satisfaction on our platform • You ensure the customer experience is at the center — from the landing page to contract signing • You work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Executive Management • You use KPIs, user data, and market analyses as the basis for prioritization and decision-making • You coordinate frontend and backend developers and ensure the quality of outcomes • You establish structured development processes with clear releases, changelogs, and stakeholder communication
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product or Technology
- Experience with fast-growing digital business models
- You have actively scaled products or platforms
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a tech affinity, or equivalent
- Understanding of business logic, funnel optimization, and growth levers
- Ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Structured, result-oriented way of working
- Experience with agile methodologies and development teams
- Strong communication skills in German and English
