• Responsibility for our Webflow website across all markets (pages, CMS, structure) • Creation and optimization of conversion-focused landing pages for campaigns and product initiatives • Implementation of marketing and SEO/GEO strategies into high-performing, user-centered pages • Planning and executing A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates • Application of UX/UI principles to create clear, intuitive page structures • Implementation of SEO best practices and ensuring technical quality • Ensuring performance standards (e.g., load times, Core Web Vitals) • Maintenance and enhancement of tracking (GA4, GTM) for reliable data • Coordination of international website versions and collaboration with internal stakeholders • Collaboration with external partners on more complex topics

Job Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience with Webflow (Client First)
  • Experience with conversion-optimized landing pages (ideally B2B/SaaS)
  • Strong understanding of SEO and website performance
  • Strong UX/UI sensibility with a focus on user flows
  • Structured, independent and hands-on working style
  • Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent German and English skills (C1/C2)
  • Interest in AI
