Role Description Gestionar las habilitaciones de tiendas, desde el análisis de prefactibilidad, antecedentes municipales, aceptación de rubros a utilizar hasta el monitoreo de permisos otorgados. - Brindar soporte legal estratégico en inspecciones, descargos, resoluciones de clausuras y audiencias municipales para asegurar la operatividad de los Dmarts. - Confeccionar y liderar la negociación de contratos de locación, obra y proveedores con diversos stakeholders. - Asesorar integralmente al negocio en el análisis de nuevos proyectos y el desarrollo de capacitaciones preventivas. - Resolver conflictos y gestionar requerimientos simultáneos con autonomía y enfoque en resultados. Qualifications - Profesional de la carrera de Abogacía, preferentemente con experiencia en Retail o Consumo Masivo. - Dominio avanzado de idioma inglés (must have). - Sólida capacidad de negociación, resolución de problemas y manejo de relaciones interpersonales. - Manejo de herramientas de Office; se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de Salesforce. - Perfil proactivo con capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en entornos dinámicos. Role Description The Cadence Application Analyst - Remote role is responsible for configuring, documenting, testing, modifying, and maintaining software applications.
