Insurance Operations Associate
Eye Security
• Insurance Operations is responsible for all administrative and operational tasks that support underwriting. This includes: • Policy administration: creating, issuing and updating policies, endorsements, renewals, and client documentation. • Premium administration: issuing invoices, processing payments, monitoring outstanding premiums, and coordinating with Finance. • Communication with brokers and clients: sending renewal requests, collecting questionnaires, requesting updates, and providing policy documents. • Bordereaux & reporting: preparing and submitting monthly bordereaux and other required reports to insurers, ensuring data accuracy and meeting reporting deadlines. • Compliance: performing UBO checks, storing compliance documentation, and supporting audits. • Data management: ensuring that client files, documents, questionnaires, and information are complete, accurate, and up to date. • Process & system support: maintaining work instructions, supporting ANVA/Insly processes, and reporting issues or improvement points. • General operational support: prioritising tasks, supporting underwriting, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring smooth daily operations. • You will be part of the project team responsible for implementing our new insurance platform.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or completed dual study (BBL / duale Ausbildung) in insurance, business, finance, or a related field
- Up to 2–3 years of experience in commercial insurance — underwriting, policy administration, or insurance operations
- Good organisational skills: you manage your own tasks and know when to ask for input on complex challenges
- Fluent in Dutch or German and in English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented and reliable — you take ownership of data accuracy, deadlines, and quality of work
- You love working in or learning digital tools; any experience with insurance platforms (e.g. Insly, ANVA) is a plus
