Job Requirements
- Background in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data and translate it into improvements
- Experience in instructional design and developing engaging, learner-centered training content
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning methodologies
- Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Work Shift: Afternoons/Evenings (United States of America) The Access Coordinator will provide non licensed clinical and clerical support for Conduit Health Partners business areas. Primary function is determined by assigned Conduit service and may include call intake, coordination relative to patient logistics, care coordination, scheduling, and communication to support patient logistics, scheduling and care team communication related to books of business. Possesses strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in addition to an understanding of medical terminology. The role requires team participation and willingness to accept delegation. Flexibility, autonomy, strong organization, and the ability to multi-task are essential characteristics. FT - 36-hour work week - Midshift Alternating weekends - 3 holidays annually - on call rotation. Schedules are set and follow a six-week rotation, which includes an every-other-weekend requirement. *Hours subject to change based on need of operations There is also an on-call component and a rotating holiday requirement for all positions. Once you're placed into a schedule, you'll be expected to work that set schedule for at least six months before any schedule change request is considered.
