Dabei sorgst du dafür, dass unsere User ein erstklassiges Kundenerlebnis haben. Die individuelle Beratung zu unserer App, den Prospekten und Cashback-Aktionen liegt dir am Herzen. Du denkst mit und bringst aktiv Ideen ein, wie wir das Nutzererlebnis weiter verbessern können. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du unser Operations-Team im Tagesgeschäft und bringst dich in vielfältige Aufgaben rund um unsere Plattform und Kampagnen ein. Umfang: 30 Stunden pro Woche (Remote-Arbeit innerhalb Österreichs möglich; Wohnsitz in Österreich erforderlich) - Selbstständige Beantwortung von User Fragen und Unterstützung des Customer Support-Teams zur Sicherstellung der User Happiness - Fortlaufende Pflege unserer FAQs, damit Fragen von Kunden schnell und einfach selbst gelöst werden können - Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung, Kontrolle und Auswertung von Digital- & TV-Kampagnen - Pflege und Bereitstellung von digitalem Content (z.B.
