• You represent one of our clients in the energy supply sector. • You handle customer inquiries to final resolution by phone, by letter, or by email. • You record customer data and correct it as required. • You process registrations and deregistrations as well as supplier switches. • You answer questions regarding meter commissioning, meter replacement, and meter removal. • You receive fault reports and forward them to the appropriate channels. • You are sales-oriented and place a high value on quality. • You work in an SAP-based environment, on Windows 10, and with MS Office applications. • You identify the right tariff for your customers (sales after service).
Job Requirements
- Some professional experience in telephone-based customer advisory or strong motivation for a career change into this field.
- A completed (commercial/administrative) vocational qualification would be desirable.
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written.
- Basic PC skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and to engage and delight customers.
- Openness to selling add-on services and product optimizations.

Qualifications - Required: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, healthcare administration, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience. - 5+ years of progressive healthcare sales or account management experience, with at least 3 years in specialty biologics / infused therapies and/or specialty pharmacy. - Demonstrated experience working with complex therapies (e.g., IVIG, monoclonal antibodies, biologics) and payer/access pathways. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/volume targets in a consultative, clinically oriented environment. - Preferred: Experience in home infusion, ambulatory infusion centers, or specialty pharmacy. - Background in neurology, immunology, rheumatology, GI, or related therapeutic areas. - Familiarity with IVIG indications, dosing patterns, and site-of-care dynamics. - Experience collaborating with manufacturer account teams or under data/fee-for-service agreements.
