Enterprise Account Executive
Optro
• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts— including both publicly listed and privately held companies—across the DACH region. • Drive new logo acquisition and existing customer expansion, contributing directly to our growth in a key European market. • Operate from your home office in Germany, with travel to clients as needed or our London based AuditBoard office. • Report directly to the Director, Sales and work cross-functionally with regional and global teams. • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders by understanding their challenges and mapping them to AuditBoard’s platform capabilities. • Collaborate across Pre-Sales, Business Value Consulting, and Marketing, leveraging tools, partners, and events to drive pipeline and deal progression. • Partner with the strategic alliances to deliver integrated, customer-centric outcomes.
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally in SaaS or GRC software solutions.
- Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Demonstrated experience in value-based selling and establishing long-term client partnerships.
- Native-level German fluency and excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with global teams
- Comfortable leveraging structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale).
- A learning-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, international environment.
- Familiarity with German regulatory environments and enterprise procurement expectations.

• You represent one of our clients in the energy supply sector. • You handle customer inquiries to final resolution by phone, by letter, or by email. • You record customer data and correct it as required. • You process registrations and deregistrations as well as supplier switches. • You answer questions regarding meter commissioning, meter replacement, and meter removal. • You receive fault reports and forward them to the appropriate channels. • You are sales-oriented and place a high value on quality. • You work in an SAP-based environment, on Windows 10, and with MS Office applications. • You identify the right tariff for your customers (sales after service).
