Field Sales Consultant

• Active prospecting and reactivation of B2B clients (dental clinics and dental offices) • Conduct field visits to develop relationships and generate business • Consultative selling focused on identifying needs and creating value • Preparation, presentation, and negotiation of commercial proposals • Manage customer portfolio and opportunity pipeline via CRM • Execute strategic follow-ups through to closing • Monitor targets, KPIs, and commercial performance • Develop long-term customer relationships
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
- Experience in field sales or B2B sales
- Experience with consultative sales (structured sales cycle)
- Ability to work autonomously with a sense of ownership
- Availability to travel and work in the field
- Must have own car and active driver's license (CNH)
- Experience in the dental, healthcare, or technical sectors (preferred)
- Experience with CRM and sales funnel management (preferred)
- Experience managing an active client portfolio and recurring targets (preferred)
