• Development of RPA automations (low, medium, and high complexity) • Technical leadership in the development and evolution of bots • Design and definition of scalable automation architecture • Integration of systems via APIs (REST/Web Services) • Use of generative AI to optimize code and productivity • Development of ETL processes and data engineering • Testing, validation, and maintenance/support of bots in production • Monitoring and continuous improvement of automations • Technical support to the team and dissemination of best practices • Interaction with business areas and stakeholders

• Identify and lead internal critical initiatives to grow the consulting practice; serving as an active contributor to the community’s overall knowledge base and expertise • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value • Work collaboratively, having very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts and creative, prescriptive thinking • Define and lead the global Missionforce partner enablement strategy to scale implementation capacity across the SI ecosystem • Expand the technical depth and capabilities of global SI and strategic partners supporting Missionforce • Partner closely with Product Management to ensure partner readiness for new product launches (NPI) and critical product updates (CPU) • Ensure partners are prepared to deliver solutions across secure and regulated environments • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CSG, and Global Partner teams to align enablement programs with go to market priorities • Drive alignment between Salesforce internal teams and SI partners to accelerate adoption and delivery success • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on ecosystem readiness and partner strategy • Engage executive leadership across strategic partners to drive alignment on roadmap, delivery capabilities, and market expansion • Provide executive reporting on partner readiness, ecosystem maturity, and program effectiveness
