• Map and analyze clients' tax processes, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement • Respond to support tickets, performing fault diagnosis, root cause analysis and implementing corrective solutions • Manage, configure and parameterize tax system and application environments (TaxOne, OneSource, Dfe, OBI), including integrations with ERPs such as Oracle and SAP • Support the implementation of technological solutions for tax automation (ERP, SPED tools, validators) • Conduct functional requirements gathering with clients' IT and tax teams • Perform analysis and cross-checking of electronic files (SPED Fiscal, Contribuições, REINF, XML, SINTEGRA) • Support tax audits and review ancillary tax obligations (GIA, DCTF, EFD) • Prepare functional documentation, user manuals and training materials for clients • Actively participate in tax system implementation and adaptation projects • Interact with management and business teams to align deliverables • Provide functional user support for systems and applications with a special focus on systems (Mastersaf, OneSource, DFE) • Execute tests and validations to ensure the quality and security of systems • Participate in the preparation and delivery of ECD and ECF, focusing on data quality, mitigation of tax risks and compliance with legal standards and deadlines • Experience in preparing, validating and submitting tax filings, including REINF, EFD Fiscal and EFD Contribuições • Analyze rejections of electronic tax documents (DF-e), identifying causes and applying corrections, as well as monitoring issuance flows

• Support one or more client projects with work such as written communication and analysis along with activities such as supporting client meetings, managing action items, and tracking and reporting on project progress • Drive your development through an annual process that supports your growth goal in partnership with your supervisor and BerryDunn's learning and development team • Participate in new business development through activities such as research, supporting proposal content, or developing marketing materials.

• Provide support and advanced technical expertise for projects throughout the project lifecycle (including implementation /installation, configuration, testing, training delivery, deployment, production support). • Engage customers to determine software needs. • Design and develop appropriate solutions. • Provide regular status reports for updating the customer. • Assist in the deployment and support of Product Life-cycle Management solutions.
