• Support key strategic relationships with partners and platforms projected to generate billions of dollars in new originations annually • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communication and coordination across the business for new partner launches and enhancements • Project management includes documenting all requirements, building the business case to secure Product resources, coordinating key milestones and deadlines across departments, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders • Build trust and long-term alignment with internal and external partners • Monitor partner performance across acquisition, conversion, and portfolio quality • Identify opportunities to improve volume, efficiency, and unit economics • Use data and insights to guide optimization discussions with partners and senior leaders • Lead onboarding and launch of new partnerships • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing • Ensure partnerships launch on time, on scope, and in compliance with requirements • Partner with Finance on performance reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation • Ensure operational processes support scalable partner growth • Work with Product and Engineering to support partner integrations and enhancements • Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure partnerships meet regulatory expectations • Collaborate with Analytics to define metrics and reporting • Stay current on acquisition and partnership trends • Provide feedback on partner needs and market opportunities • Support identification of new partnership opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, account management, or related roles in consumer lending, fintech or financial services
- Experience with digital acquisition channels (affiliates, marketplaces, lending platforms)
- Project management experience, specifically with large projects involving internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
- Excellent communication, analytical and relationship management skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels
- Strong strategic thinking, execution and organizational abilities
- Creative problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment

Role Description The Emerging Leaders’ Summit Coordinator reports to the Mid-Atlantic Regional Director and serves as ATC’s program lead for the annual Emerging Leaders’ Summit (ELS). The coordinator leads recruiting efforts, participant selection, and logistics planning for ELS, ensuring that the goals of the summit are met. This position advances ATC’s work promoting the Appalachian Trail as a place of Belonging. The ELS is ATC’s signature program for young adults focused on creating access and breaking down barriers to the resource by creating meaningful and positive opportunities to experience the A.T. This position is remote with an expectation that the coordinator will attend the ELS October 8-11, 2026 (includes travel). The Emerging Leaders’ Summit(s) is a multi-day gathering during which the ATC brings together a diverse cohort of passionate & diverse emerging leaders ages 18-30 eager to expand skills and stewardship for the outdoors through connection, action, and expression. The 2026 Emerging Leaders' Summit (ELS) offers participants training, workshops, and outdoor experiences with a focus on building skills and community through the lens of the Appalachian Trail.
